Meditation and Rahanni Healing with Sarah Seymour

Come and join me for a relaxing evening of meditation and healing! I will lead you in a guided meditation and then you will have the opportunity to relax with frequency music while I move around the room giving Rahanni Celestial Healing to each group member. Rahanni is a beautiful 5th dimensional energy healing modality which aims to open the heart and bring a sense of balance and peace throughout the body.

These are relaxing informal group sessions in our wonderful 48 screen TLS system. Listen to a pre recorded guided meditation and then simply lay back and relax with ambient frequency music.
Round off the session with a bit of a natter before heading home to enjoy a wonderful nights sleep!

Quantum Healing Meditation with Sally Sherin
Sunday January 11th & Sunday February 15th 5.30-7.30pm
Sally Sherin is an amazing QHHT practitioner who was trained by the wonderful Delores Cannon!
We are so grateful to have such a talented lady running sessions at our centre!
Sally's sessions include a Quantum Journey meditation with accompanying sound. We also tune in to Pam Gregory's world peace meditation at 7pm.
This is a fantastic way to spend your Sunday evening.
Sally's work perfectly compliments our 48 screen TLS system.

Soundbath with Andrea Foyen
Sunday 25th January 6-8pm
Come and join Andrea for a guided meditation and sound bowl session. Andrea will lead you in a meditation and also provide sound with her beautiful Tibetan singing bowls. There will be time for quiet reflection and this is also an excellent opportunity to experience our 48 screen TLS system!
