Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating meditation session in our 40 screen TLS system. This session includes a guided meditation. The theme this month is Activating the Heart Chakra. Cultivating love and gratitude. I will lead you into some quiet time during which each group member receives Rahanni Celestial Healing, a beautiful heart opening high vibrational energy healing modality.

These are relaxing informal group sessions in our wonderful 40 screen TLS system. Listen to a pre recorded guided meditation and then simply lay back and relax with ambient frequency music.
Round off the session with a bit of a natter before heading home to enjoy a wonderful nights sleep!

One Heart Collective Global Meditation
Saturday October 4th 4-6pm
This Global meditation is live streamed to TLS centres all over the world.
Led by the wonderful Emily Graves of the Fountain Centre in the USA.
This is a wonderful oppurtunity to set intentions for world peace and raise our own vibration as well as that of planet Earth.
The cost of this session is £40.
