Meditation and Rahanni Healing with Sarah Seymour

Come and join me for a relaxing evening of meditation and healing! I will lead you in a guided meditation and then you will have the opportunity to relax with frequency music while I move around the room giving Rahanni Celestial Healing to each group member. Rahanni is a beautiful 5th dimensional energy healing modality which aims to open the heart and bring a sense of balance and peace throughout the body.

This is a fantastic opportunity to spend time in our 48 screen TLS system

Soundbath with Sarah Seymour

I am thrilled to now be offering Soundbaths at Southampton Energy Centre!

This session is purely about relaxation with sound therapy provided by my beautiful Crystal singing bowls and accompanying instruments. Lie back and relax in our super comfy leather recliners and enjoy our perfectly air conditioned room! This is an ideal way to experience the energetic frequencies of The Light System. A truly relaxing and peaceful way to spend your evening!
